How to make a Bequest to Seniors Inc.

A bequest is a provision in your Will instructing your executor to transfer a gift or property from your estate to a charitable organization.

If you currently have a Will, you may instruct your attorney to add a codicil to your Will and amend it to include a bequest to Seniors! Inc.

A charitable bequest to Seniors! Inc. will provide a very special gift to the mission of our organization. Your bequest will be added to Seniors! Inc. Endowment Fund unless otherwise directed by the donor.

A specific dollar amount "I leave Seniors! Inc. $10,000"
A specific class of property "I leave Seniors! Inc. all my common stock."
A specific asset "I leave Seniors! Inc. my home at 123 Main Street"
A percentage of estate "I leave Seniors! Inc.10% of my gross estate."
A percentage of residue "After distribution of all specific items, I leave Seniors! Inc. one-third of the residue of estate."
