Money Management Program - Bill Payer Service

Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility for the Bill Payer Service is based on income and asset value as follow:

  • For a single individual, annual income cannot exceed $27,600.
  • For a couple, annual income cannot exceed $38,400.
  • Liquid assets for a single individual cannot exceed $40,950.
  • Liquid assets for a couple cannot exceed $46,800.


This is a no cost service providing low income individuals of any age with trained, insured volunteers who help them with organizing and payment of monthly bills, checkbook management, personal budgeting, and related record keeping. The individuals maintain control over their bank accounts and sign their own checks. The service is provided at the individual's residence on a mutually agreed schedule.

The service is available to residents of Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Denver, and Douglas Counties.
